Sitting here for almost a year, 300 days in the same place as never before.
Hearing every 300 days 5 times in every 24 hours invitation to an amazing Connection with God.
Thinking for 300 days how to get out from this planet immersed in Covid 19.
Feeling sad all these 300 days for all obstacles and difficulties humanity passing through.
300 days Meditating and looking for a solution for myself and others to honor better this life.
300 days Looking intensively how to reach hungry children and people in pain and give them a hand.
For 300 days immersed in compassion and yet I could do more.
I could at least spread more enthusiasm than worries.
I could show more understanding than opposition.
But,
NOW,
AFTER 300 DAYS IN COVID 19 SHADE, what I can only practice is a soul nourishment and
I can definitely show my new STRENGTH called PEACE, my new POWER called LOVE.
Now I can only show Love, I can only spread Good.
There is no space for anything else but for PEACE and GOOD in my heart.

Seduta qui per quasi un anno, 300 giorni nello stesso posto come mai prima d'ora.
Ascoltando ogni 300 giorni 5 volte in ogni 24 ore un invito a un'incredibile connessione con Dio.
Pensando per 300 giorni a come uscire da questo pianeta immerso nel Covid 19.
Sentirsi tristi per tutti questi 300 giorni per tutti gli ostacoli e le difficoltà che l'umanità sta attraversando.
300 giorni Meditando e cercando una soluzione per me e gli altri per onorare meglio questa vita.
300 giorni Cercando intensamente come raggiungere bambini affamati e persone che soffrono e dare loro una mano.
Per 300 giorni immersa nella compassione eppure ho potuto fare molto di più.
Avrei potuto almeno diffondere più entusiasmo che preoccupazioni.
Avrei potuto mostrare più comprensione che opposizione.
Ma,
ADESSO,
DOPO 300 GIORNI SOTTO COVID 19 OMBRA , quello che posso praticare è solamente nutrimento dell'anima e posso sicuramente mostrare la mia nuova FORZA chiamata PACE, la mia nuova ENERGIA chiamata AMORE.
Ora posso solamente mostrare Amore, posso solo diffondere il Bene.
Non c'è spazio per nient'altro tranne per PACE e BENE nel mio cuore.
